We will wake up the body with exercises that are fun to do and also challenge you a bit without going beyond your limits. You will deepen your breathing which will move your energy and make your body feel more alive, whole and grounded; the joy of having a body. You will do exercises on your own, in pairs, in threes and maybe more. Some exercises are dynamic, expressive and energetic and some are more soft and soothing.
The exercises are demonstrated and easy to follow.
