Trauma, Conflict, and the Lower Self. - PW 214

A Path of Living Stories is a space to share transformative Pathwork experiences and awakenings through personal stories.

We will wake up the body with exercises that are fun to do and also challenge you a bit without going beyond your limits. You will deepen your breathing which will move your energy and make your body feel more alive, whole and grounded; the joy of having a body. You will do exercises on your own, in pairs, in threes and maybe more. Some exercises are dynamic, expressive and energetic and some are more soft and soothing. The exercises are demonstrated and easy to follow.

Do you want to remain just a drop forever? Or would you like to feel part of the ocean, of the oneness of all and everything, of something that transcends us — truly understanding that all our souls are one? Men and women, I invite you to join this collective art project, where each person will embroider a drop that represents them, so together we can create an ocean. I will provide the materials and show you how — it’s very simple! This project is already alive in several places around the world.

"Why is it, that we are so afraid of loving?" The Fear of Loving #72. I invite you to a voyage the Guide proposes here. In the meditation we will be following the "steps of the ladder" that can take us to freedom in love. We will be diving a bit more in our Intuition. "Forces will develop in you such as you cannot imagine possible: creative forces, new perceptions, a growing and unfolding intuition that will give you a stronghold and security such as you cannot realize even now after all your progress." I am so willing to share this experience with you.

How can we turn our inner work into healing action in the world? In this workshop, we explore our emotional responses to global crises — such as climate change, war, and polarization — using imagery, creative expression, and art to integrate our spiritual path with collective transformation. A space to feel, express, and awaken our role as conscious agents of healing and change.

Join a theoretical and experiential workshop guided by four facilitators with diverse approaches, blending knowledge and sensitivity. Through inspiring dynamics, we will explore the core pillars of human development: birth, nourishment, creativity, and life pulse — connecting body, soul, beauty, and essence.

The Guide shares that embodying into the earth plane can traumatize our soul. Early precognitive trauma imprints are challenging to observe and identify, which makes them easy to identify with. When we identify with our trauma, we unconsciously create a closed energy system, which makes it difficult to access the blueprint and the uniqueness of who we are. As a result, where our souls are fragmented and unpurified, we get stuck and generalize about life based on these constrictive negative imprints. We become isolated, separate, and forget who we are. In this presentation, I will discuss the incantatory process to raise awareness of the early trauma imprints by which we are all influenced. I will also offer a couple of exercises to help you soften and open your nervous system, creating the inner space for your Higher Self to help you visualize and be with your Unified Self. As we heal this collective incarnational trauma, we can open the inner and outer locked doors to the abundant Divine Influx that is here for us all to experience and thrive from.

The realization and direct experience of being the creator of every moment of your experience of life gives you the safety and confidence you long for to embrace self-responsibility as a vehicle to self-realization. We are God the Creator and as we embody this responsibility of being God the Creator we disarm the forces of darkness that have held us hostage for as long as we have denied their existence. When we do not embrace self-responsibility the forces of darkness keep us separate from our true identity, thus keeping its power over us. When we do embrace self-responsibility, we remember who we are.

In this experiential practice, we will explore how the fear of being who we truly are blocks the natural flow of vital energy. Through conscious movement and Core Energetics techniques, we will work with the resistance to fully giving and receiving, releasing tensions and allowing a more authentic and balanced state. This experience supports the release of fear and control, opening the way for a freer flow with life and with others.  

During the workshop, participants will learn basic neurographic skills to help them visualise their process of moving from isolation to unity in a drawing.  

At this time, our world is in major turmoil. The forces of darkness are ripping through so many nations that people are afraid for the future. And yet, more Light is coming onto our planet than ever before. We are being asked to use this Divine Light to transform what we have not been willing to see. The heart of the Pathwork is and has been about facing the darkness within each of us and transforming it back to its original divine nature. Are you up for the task of revealing your fears and misconceptions so you can bring in a greater love, a greater peace on this earth?

A synesthetic experience through the Spiritual Laws of Pathwork®️ — from resonance with the cosmic dance to the dual nature of human expression, and the conscious choice to return to Unity. Through movement and sensitive inner listening, guided by the wisdom of the Real Self, we will follow the living pulse of the Laws, moving toward our individual and collective transformation.

From Me to Us to Oneness – Practicing the Ability to Feel Relating from the Conscious Ego/Higher Self does require a certain quality of communication with ourselves and others as the Guide teaches in many lectures. This requires insight into or own processes, our erroneous thinking, emotional reactions and projections. What I would like to focus on goes further or maybe underlies all inner purification processes. The “capacity to observe, articulate, evaluate, and choose the best possible attitudes for dealing with what is observed -- that is the true power of your real self as it already exists right now.” (lecture #189). “The observer is more real and in charge than the observed.” (#195) How do we identify with the observer? We learn to open our sensing and knowing in addition and beyond the mental and reasoning faculties. We practice the ability to feel. By becoming more and more conscious of physical sensations, feelings and moving energy currents we awaken numbed feelings and unfreeze the streamings of our life force. We learn to listen to our body to apprehend and perceive the reality of what is in the now, in us, in the other and in the field between us. The need in our so very divided world is not only to understand each other, but also to FEEL and experience inside of us what we see as “other” out there. This ability to “resonate” will ultimately lead to the experience of oneness in the space in which everything is happening. It’s not you or me, it’s not even you and me, it is the ONENESS of US. We awaken to the realization that something lives through us that is unique to us yet originates in the One Source of ALL. There will be some teaching, but mainly experiential work. When Fear Meets Desire: The Alchemy of Fulfillment Buried in the unconscious, our fears and desires shape our reality. By bringing them to consciousness, we unify inner dualities and transition from ego to love. In this experiential workshop, we will explore a practical technique to recognize and integrate these forces, opening the way for life to flow and for the authentic expression of our essence. I will be using a technique developed by Leslie Temple-Thurston, as described in her book The Marriage of Spirit, focused on integrating polarities and unifying duality.

How can Pathwork reveal itself as a powerful path for the urgent change we need in the world? Can our individual process also serve the collective? Can our personal transformation truly help transform the world? In this workshop, we will dive deep into these questions through thought-provoking reflections inspired by the teachings of the Guide, as well as an immersive experience in search of honest and meaningful answers.
